Diwali has some deeper bond with dry fruits. Markets offer dry fruit hampers in beautiful packets for gifting purposes and everyone seems to love them. In this season, dry fruit sweets are equally loved. So, we give you easy recipe of making Kesar Kaju burfi that you can either gift or serve your guests at home.

Recipe For Kesar Kaju Burfi
Ingredients:
1.1 lt. Milk.
2.75 grams sugar.
3.1/2 Kg Kaju (cashew nuts)
4.1/2 teaspoonful of Kesar
5.Orange Color
Procedure:
Make a thick paste of soaked cashew nuts Heat milk in a pan till it is as thick as paste. Roast the paste of cashew nuts in a pan as you mix in it the sugar. Add orange color to it, mix well and keep it on low heat for another 45 minutes. Keep stirring in between. Now pour the mixture into a greased flat-mouthed container and garnish the chopped dry fruits over it. Leave it to thicken up. Later when it’s comparatively solidified, cut it into the diamond shape or square ones.
Serve the dish with love and enjoy the day amidst the festivities.
